There are a variety of meal plans to choose from and this month we chose the plant-powered plan so we can continue to meet our health goals. The ingredients are pre-measured and sent right to our door so this busy mama can whip up a 5 star recipe after a long day at work and skip grocery shopping.
Today, we made squash and mozarella flatbread and it was quite delicious! Even the kids liked it although I put more mozzarella than squash on their pieces.
Here is the recipe and it took us about 25 minutes to prepare and only 750 calories per serving! Each kit comes with all of the ingredients and an easy to follow recipe.
